Proclamation

Pursuant to the power vested in me by Article IV, Section 3 of the Constitution, I hereby convene the Senate of the State of New York in Extraordinary Session, at the Capitol, in the City of Albany, on the first day of July, two thousand nine, at three o’clock P.M. for the purpose of considering nominations I will submit with respect to the following positions:

1. Member, Medical Advisory Committee;
2. Non-Voting Union Member, Capital District Transportation Authority;
3. Member, New York State Bridge Authority; and
4. Member, Empire State Plaza Art Commission.
