Proclamation

I hereby amend the proclamation issued on the first day of July, two thousand nine, pursuant to the power vested in me by Article IV, Section 3 of the Constitution, convening the Senate of the State of New York in Extraordinary Session, at the Capitol, in the City of Albany, on the fourth day of July, two thousand nine, to change the time for such Extraordinary Session from three o’clock P.M. to eleven o’clock A.M.
